    Recites: RO5/328 -premises mentioned in said recited Indenture to hold to use of Benedict Conquest for life, and then: -manor and manor house of Houghton Conquest alias Conquestbury -the Frith alias Crouches Close -Hill Close -Sears Close -Six Acres -Hawnes Lane Spinney alias Plowed Hill -Gren Lane Close - the Parsonage Peice -44 acres arable and meadow in Houghton Conquest and other premises mentioned in said recited Indenture to be to use of said Hannah Conquest for her jointure, to be to use of said Hannah for life for her jointure in full recompense for dower; concerning all other premises, after deaths of said Benedict and said Frances Conquest (subject to said term of 500 years limited for raising portions as aforesaid) to use of 1st son of i), in default to 2nd son etc. Signatures: i) Witnesses: Nathaniel Pigott, Charles Imfreville, Wynne Davies [another copy of Lease RO5/354]
