Parties: (i) Hannah Emma Derbyshire of Dunstable, widow; (ii) Sarah Sophia Lockhart of 101 The Grove, Ealing, Middx, widow; Charles Douglas Lockhart of Dunstable; Melville Scott Lockhart of Dunstable; and Alan Ross Lockhart of Ealing, Middx Reciting - desire of (ii) to lay a drains from their property at 4 High Street Dunstable to their property in Church Street across the yard belonging to (i) Operative part: - (i) allows (ii) to construct a drain across her yard and connect it as shown in plan - drain to be kept in repair by (ii) - (ii) at their own expense to repave the yard with Blue Staffordshire bricks - (ii) to pay 1 shilling p.a. to (i) for this easement - costs of this agreement to be paid by (ii) Witnesses: - Eveline Lockhart, 101 The Grove, Ealing - William Baldock, 24 Toothul Road, Loughborough - Percy W Ashwell, 4 High St South, Dunstable - R A Cheshire, 1 Victoria Street, Dunstable, solicitor's clerk
