    Recites: RO5/319 whereas: Benedict Conquest (the son of John Thimelby Conquest) is dead; Frances and Anne, daughters of said Benedict died in lifetime of their father; Mary, Elizabeth and Winifred Conquest are the only daughters of said Benedict who survived him and they are entitled to the £1,500 directed to be paid by the said Indenture; this has been paid by Benedict Conquest son and heir of said Benedict Conquest. James Bruce who was the survivor of the said trustees died at St Martin in the Feilds, intestate Recites: Indenture 15 Jan 1707 (i) The Right Honourable Earl of Cardigan and Right Honourable Elizabeth Countess of Cardigan his wife, daughter of Right Honourable Thomas Earl of Aylesbury by Lady Elizabeth his first wife deceased (ii) James Bruce (iii) Right Honourable Charles Bruce called Lord Bruce, son and heir apparent of Lord Aylesbury (iv) Robert Bruce 2nd brother of said Earl of Aylesbury whereas: interest of James Bruce in premises vested in him by said recited indenture was committed by Prerogative Court of Canterbury to John Howell of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex but no general letter of administration was granted Now: grant to George Wilmot of Grays Inn, Middlesex , gentleman administrator of goods etc. of said James Bruce as far as concerns first recited Indenture and his term of 500 years therein Volume V, page 134, Bundle 1, no. 3
