premises B: to use of Hannah Conquest for life as her dower
premises C and remaining premises: (and above premises when uses specified shall end) to use of Benedict Conquest and his heirs
concerning term of 500 years limited to iii) after death of Benedict - iii) are by mortgage or sale to raise £1,500 for portions of iv) to be divided amongst them equally at their ages of 21 years or marriage; maintenance in the mean time for each daughter not exceeding 5% for the said £1,500
