    Samuel Colgrave – simple larceny on 2 indictments having previously been convicted of felony - to be imprisoned for 14 days and on expiration to be transported for the term of his natural life. William Watts – simple larceny having before been convicted of felony – to be transported for 7 years. George Galer – simple larceny on 2 indictments – to be imprisoned for 14 days and on expiration to be transported for 7 years. Thomas Cook – simple larceny – to be imprisoned for 12 months. Jesse Horton, Stephen Peck, Hezekiah Penwright & Eliza, wife of John Penwright – simple larceny – to be imprisoned for 6 months and Jesse Horton to be privately whipped one week before expiration. James Myers – simple larceny and misdemeanour – to be imprisoned for 3 months and on expiration to be imprisoned for a further 6 months for the misdemeanour. Thomas Wright – simple larceny – to be imprisoned for 6 months and to be privately whipped one week before expiration. John Ekins & William Mitchell – misdemeanour – to be imprisoned for 6 months.
