in performance of covenant in Indenture of 28 November last past -premises as in RO5/280, including additionally: -2 pightles of pasture adjoining, 7 acres sometime heretofore purchased of Thomas Day senior and Thomas Day junior in occupation of said Richard Conquest [this property is listed between the house in occupation of Thomas Yarrell and the 40 acres of land in the common fields; it is possibly omitted from the earlier deed in error] and all other premises of i) in Houghton Conquest to ii) to make him tenant of the freehold to suffer a recovery Signature: i) Witnesses: James Barbon.
