(i) James Elliott of Westminster esq., William Loving of London, gentleman. (ii) John Collop of Flitwick, gentleman. 2 pightles of land, 36 acres land and pasture in Flitwick, occupied Reginald Collop (except great trees, underwood, mines & quarries, which were demised to Antony/Anthony Cave, gentleman by Letters Patent, 17 May 1589 for 50 years, from Michaelmas 1596 at 12s 2d per annum). (Recites (1) Lease, 6 April 1627 by Sir John Walter, Sir James Fullerton, Sir Thomas Trevor to (i)m by virtue of warrant, 10 July 1626, for 31 years at 12s. 2d. per annum.
