    1) Ann Antonie of St.Giles in the Fields, Middlesex, widow. 2) Richard Antonie. Recites Marriage Settlement whose parties were: 1) Elizabeth Beke of St. Giles in the Fields, widow and relict of Richard Beke late of Dinton, Buckinghamshire, Esq. Ann, (Later Antonie (one of daughters of Elizabeth Beke) (marrying party). 2) Marc Antonie. 3) John Padmore, Nicholas Owen. 4) Lyonell Lee. Peter Sylvester of St. Ann, Westminister, Dr. in Physic (deceased by 1719), Marriage Trustees. 2) had conveyed to 4). 4 annuities £14.12.8, £50, £50, payable out of the Exchequer. (Last two to be sold to buy property of clear annual value of £150, former two to Ann for life of Marc then convey them to younger.children.) Recites Lease and Release. 14 November 1710. 1) Marc Antonie Colworth in Parish of Sharnbrook and Ann his wife. 2) John Padmore of St. Giles in Fields, Apothecary. Nicholas Owen of St. Giles in the Fields, Gentleman. (Trustees of £200 annuity). 3) Lyonell Lee of St.Giles in the Fields Esq. (Marriage Trustee). Marc Antonie settled annuity of £200 per annum on Colworth estate in favour of wife Ann instead of £150 per annum above, therefore Ann relinquishes right to annuities of £14 and £18 proviso that if Ann survives Marc AND does within 6 months release above annuities of £14 and £28, then Farm occupied by William Roberts (part of Ann's estate for life) to revert to next person in Remainder. 14 and 15 December 1719. Recites Will of Marc Antonie (died 12 October 1720). Left annuities of £14 and £28 to younger son Richard, made 20 January 1718 (1719) no date of probate given. Ann releases to Richard 2 annuities of £14 and £28. 10 April 1721. Marked in blue on dorse 'B.2'.
