    - messuage in le Chirchend of Houghton aforesaid next to Perwyche Bryge :E. tenement of John Underhill :W. ditch called Perwyche dyche :S. royal highway :said Perwyche dyche and freedom of ingress and egress by a certain path over the meadow of aforesaid John Underhill called Northmede, 40' from the aforesaid Perwyche dyche and returning to the North end of the said 40' from a certain boundary stone (meta) placed there on the meadow of the said John Underhill, to Perwyche Bryge, as often as ii) shall find necessary. reserves to i) a certain easement in the aforesaid messuage viz. to lead his horses from the door of his barn situated in his aforesaid messuage into the said messuage as often as necessary to carry anything into the aforesaid barn and with free ingress and egress to said John Underhill to make necessary repairs to the W. side of his house which premises i) had together with other lands in Houghton Conquest, of the gift and feoffment of Edward Wood, Thomas Calnhill, William Asclyn’ and John Wheler, as appears by a certain deed Witnesses: Richard Conquest, senior Richard Whelere Robert Wade Ralph Butte 3 Seals, conventional Endorsement: : no.157 At Houghton
