- TitleElizabeth Howe, wife of Daniel, labourer of the parish of Eversholt on her corporal oath states that Daniel Howe hath at different times threatened her and that particularly on the 11 June last Daniel Howe said to her "I have come home to do the job and I insist on taking you life away". Elizabeth Howe doth require sureties of the peace of him, not for any hatred, malice or evil will but simply and purely that she is afraid that Daniel Howe will do her some bodily harm.
