Whereas ii) is seised of 2 tofts, 2 acres land with a garden adjoining in Kyble-end ii) will before Michaelmas next make to i) [conveyance of?] all the aforesaid land i) will surrender 2 “meases” with certain lands belonging in Houghton, into the hands of the abbot of Redyng to the use of ii) for term of lives of Joan (Johanne) wife of i) and Joan (Johanne) late daughter to John Punter the aforesaid surrender to be made to ii) at the feast of Pentecost next tongue, torn off English Endorsement: no.164 at Houghton Conquest feast of the nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary [see will of i) – BNQ iii pg.25]
