    Recites: Indentures 30 July 1705 and 23 April 1707 (i) John late Lord Haversham (ii)Thomas Armstrong of Houghton Conquest esquire, Thomas Marriott of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex esquire appoints that £1,200 with 5% interest from his death to be paid as portion of daughter Helena £2,000 to be paid to Sir John Every as portion of Dame Martha his wife and daughter of (i) £2,000 for daughter Frances wife of Thomas Armstrong to be laid out as appointed in their marriage articles £2,000 to Dorothea, then Thompson, wife of John Bickford esquire £2,000 to Althamia Priaulx, then Thompson £2,000 to Right Honourable Mary Countess of Anglesea portions to be payable from estates in Houghton Conquest, Bedfordshire and Cockram, Lancashire which premises were thereby conveyed to (ii) for 500 years and for remainder of term of 99 years (i) to pay £50 per annum to Thomas Armstrong during life of (i) whereas: portion of Helena subsequently revoked portion of Mary was paid out of estates at Houghton Conquest other demands met from those estates except portions of Frances, Martha, Dorothea and Althamia Recites: RO4/2 whereas: John Pennington is long since dead Recites: Lease and Release 14 and 15 October 1719 [RO4/4-5] (whereby lands granted to Althamia by RO4/2 were conveyed to trustees; terms of 500 years and 99 years to be assigned to new trustees) whereas: iii) are to be said new trustees now: i) at direction of ii) assigns to iii) -premises as granted to Althamia in RO4/2 to hold on trusts for remainder of term of 500 years Witnesses: Charles Corbett, Simon Champneys, G Arnald of Furnivals Inn
