    Bill filed 10 July 1740 [sets out claims to the purchase money of the premises with recitals of deeds] ....Judith Gurney, widow and executrix of Thomas Gurney sets up some right to said £600 by virtue of RO2/94 ....Elizabeth Money, spinster, Thomas Bass and wife Mary, and Edward Wykes, administrator of Sarah his wife (which Elizabeth, Mary and Sarah were daughters and executrices of Thomas Money senior) ....Ann Money administrix of Thomas Money has died, William Scrimshire claims administration granted by Prerogative Court of Canterbury November 1735 of goods unadministered of Thomas Money deceased , was granted to him as principal creditor of Thomas Money deceased, upon renunciation thereof by Catherine and Ann Money infants and only children of said Thomas Money by said Ann his 2nd wife ....Thomas Money only son an heir of Edward Money by wife Mary ....Ann and Susan Money daughters of above plaintiffs cannot determine how the purchase money ought to be disposed by reason of the several claims thereon and therefore cannot proceed with execution of the trusts Suppementary Bill filed 25 June 1741 answers for the defendants: Catherine Money aged 15 on 2 December 1741; her father married 2ndly Ann Ekins who died 24 June 1732 by whom he had 3 daughters - Jane, died December 1732, Catherine and Ann born after her father's death (which was 27 July 1727) in October 1727 Plaintiff's proofs: John Gamble, a Quaker, knew Edwin Denbigh, Henry Lambe knew Ann Woodifield wife of defendant Woodifield and attended her as apothecary in her last illness Bill of Revivor and Supplental Bill ...Mary Bass is executrix of her husband's will, proved at Bedford; he died 8 September 1742
