Mr. Alexander says the trustees are not bound to institute an action, as it would only produce worry & expense. [Charles Grey and SWII were trustees for Richard Brinsley Sheridan's second wife, Hester or Esther Ogle.] The suit should be arranged so that if Mr. Sheridan defaults a foreclosure could be obtained. Mentions Mrs Sheridan's pin money. Areement about two trustees to take Grey's & Whitbread's place. Sir William Geary's position. Sheridan proposes to insure his life.
