    Newman Emmerton - simple larceny having before been convicted of felony - to be transported beyond the seas for the term of 14 years. James Giltrow, Ezra Cocks, John Handscombe - simple larceny - to be severally transported beyond the seas for the term of 7 years. James Parrott & Francis Pratt - riot and assault - to be severally imprisoned and kept at hard labour for 6 calendar months and severally entered into a recognizance of £50 for keeping the peace and being of good behaviour for the space of one year on expiration of their imprisonment. William Reeve the younger & Giles Pyne - riot and assault - to be severally imprisoned and kept at hard labour for 6 calendar months and severally entered into a recognizance of £50 for keeping the peace and being of good behaviour for the space of one year on expiration of their imprisonment. John Bushby - simple larceny - to be imprisoned and kept at hard labour for the space of 3 calendar months.
