1) Francis Frederick Lovell, (Lord of Manor of Biggleswade) of Hinchelsea, Brockenhurst esquire 2) C S Lindsell of Biggleswade esquire including 3 pieces of ground formerly an orchard or close of pasture belonging to John Winn the elder, by him sold to Samuel Wells, with buildings built on same forming part of brewhouse and storerooms formerly in occupation of Samuel Wells then of Wells and Company, brewers. So much as was copyhold and in malting adjoining And in all those stables and other buildings and of back yard and close of pasture adjoining and belonging to brewhouse And yard and garden late in tenure of William Wheeler afterwards of William Hogg and Robert Lindsell and then of Wells and Company, brewers (part of said brewery premises) 20 Jan 1899 “lot 12” in pencil on dorse prepared 1899
