Right Honourable Anne Baroness Dowager of Gowran, while she lived held:
-premises as in RO1/110 at rent of 4s..4d
-messuage and close 3 acres in Sandy End in Millbrook, in occupation of Robert Squire (see RO1/37-41)
-one croft, formerly a cottage and parcel of land belonging in Sandy End , 1 rood, part of copyhold messuage, formerly in occupation of Francis Hawkins, and before that of Philip Gardiner and for some time in occupation of Robert Squire, formerly used as a house for hawks, rent 6s..3d (see RO1/37-41)
all which premises are in occupation of Christopher Bennell and were formerly purchased of the Chesters by Lord Ashburnham, who sold the same to Lord Fitzwilliam of whom Lady Gowrwan purchased the same
-croft formerly a cottage in Millbrook with appurtenances formerly in occupation of Robert Webb and now laid into the orchard of said Christopher Bennell in whose occupation the same now is; rent 1s; which premises were purchased of the Duntons by Lord Ashburnham who sold to Lord Fitzwilliam who sold to Lady Gowran (see RO1/42-44)
-croft whereon cottage formerly stood but is now down, in Millbrook, and close adjoining formerly in occupation of John Huckle, rent 2s..10½d
