Ampthill Great Park :W. pasture ground formerly of Thomas Vincent, deceased and now widow Richards :S. close late of William Brace deceased and now of Mrs Richards :N. close late of William Licett and now of Francis King which premises are now in occupation of John Spufford and were purchased by i) of John Rayment and wife Ann and Nathaniel Poole further: i) will procure surrender to lord of the manor of Millbrook to use of iii) of: -messuage and close of pasture or orchard adjoining 3 acres in Sandy End in Millbrook late in occupation of Robert Squire -cottage and parcel of land belonging in Sandy End in Millbrook containing 1 rood being part of customary messuage late in occupation of Francis Hawkins and formerly of Philip Gardiner and formerly of Robert Squire and formerly used as a house for hawks -cottage and appurtenances in Millbrook formerly in occupation of Robert Webb -cottage in Millbrook and pightle of pasture adjoining formerly in occupation of John Huckle :N. ground in occupation of William Barnwell, clerk :S. ground of John Fisher -½ acre ley ground lying at Foxborough Hill :S.
