Whereas: Fine was levied Michaelmas Term last of: -one messuage, one cottage, 2 gardens, 2 orchard, 16 acres land, 1 acre meadow, 12 acres pasture and common of pasture for all cattle in Millbrook now: parties agree that fine is to enure to the following uses: -one messuage with appurtenances in Millbrook called Lodingtons -3 closes of pasture adjoining -one little pightle or croft on N. of said closes containing together 8 acres : E. Great Park :W. close of John Ivory -16 acres land in Millbrook to use of ii) -cottage with appurtenance in Millbrook where iii) now dwells -close of pasture adjoining, 2½ acres :S. close of John Ivory :N. close of ii) :E. Great Park :W. lane -parcel of meadow at W, end of said close ½ acre :N.and W. close of ii) :E. said park -close of pasture with appurtenances in Millbrook, 2 acres :E.and N. lane :W. close called little Johnsons :S.
