    26 July 1728 i) Mrs Heys ii) Edward Southwell £3,500 in full of her portion Witness: Francis Welles 3 January 1727/8 i) Earl of Carlisle ii) Edward Southwell esquire £2,200 debt due to him from Lord Ashburnham Witnesses: Edward Crowe, John Malcott 21 December 1727 i) Thomas Beversham ii) Mr Southwell £500 the same sum for which Thomas Bowdler esquire gave a receipt to Ralph Radcliffe esquire, purchaser of Brockborough on back of Indenture of Assignment from Melton Lombard esquire to whom the same was originally payable 29 December 1727 i) Dennis Bryen ii) Mr Southwell £500 also gave receipt to Mr Radcliffe purchaser of Brockborough for the same sum Witness: Thomas Beversham 29 December 1727 i) Bertram Ashburnham ii) Mr Southwell £2,000 for which he had also given receipt to Mr Radcliffe Witness: Dennis Bryen 5 January 1727/8 i) Reverend William Barnwell, administrator to son Henry Barnwell John Barnwell, son of William George Shillingford and Philadelphia alias Felicia his wife, a daughter of said William James Martin and wife Mary, daughter of said William ii) Mr Southwell £3,500 2 January 1724 Indenture of Assignment from Mr Glenville to Mr Hoare of £2,500 20 March 1724 Mr Hoare’s receipt to Mr Southwell for £2,000 27 December 1727 Receipt to Mr Radcliffe for £500
