The Parke Field, Snaggs Close, Reeds Overground, Reeds Lowerground, The Lawn, Bushy Close, Old Meadow, Winrights Wood, Neels Little Ground, Neels Great Ground, Rough Meadow, Smooth Meadow, all in occupation of Laurence Crips, John Wheeler, John Sletcher and William Sheffield and all in Ampthill, Houghton Conquest and Millbrook
-messuage, farm and closes belonging, viz:
Little Cow Close, Great Cow Close, The Mill Close, a little piece of ground called the pightle or so much thereof as is freehold, in Millbrook in occupation of John Circuit

Whereas: copyhold estate of John Lord Ashburnham in premises hereinafter mentioned was vested in Henry Hoare of London, goldsmith, deceased
Now further: John Lord Ashburnham will procure surrendered to Lord of the Manor of Millbrook, to use of iv) of:
-messuage and close of pasture or orchard adjoining, 3 acres in Sandy End in Millbrook late in occupation of Robert Squire
-cottage and parcel of land belonging in Sandy End in Millbrook, containing 1 rood being part of customary messuage in occupation of Francis Hawkins, formerly of Philip Gardiner and sometime in occupation of said Robert Squire and formerly used as a house for hawks
