    1) William Lee Antonie of Colworth House (vendor). 2a) Philadelphia Lee of Totteridge Park, Hertfordshire, widow 2b) Sir William Lee of Hartwell, Buckinghamshire, Baronet. 2c) William Michael Lally late of the Six Clerks of the, Chancery Lane but now of The Kings Road in the Parish of St. Andrew, Holborn, London, Gentleman. (Executors of will of William Lee father of 1) (Purchasers). (They have contracted with 1) for purchase of messuages etc. to be paid out of personal estate of William Lee). 3) William Lee Antonie again (only son of William) 4a) Philadelphia Lee of Totteridge Park, spinster 4b) Harriet, wife of John Fiott of City of London, Merchant 4c) Louisa Lee of same , spinster 4d) Sophia Lee of same, spinster (only daughters of William Lee). 5) Sir William Lee. Residue to other sons by William Lee and Philadelphia, Reversion to daughters ultimate reversion to Sir William Lee. Home Close, Middle Corner, The Alicey, The Ashill, The Rams Leys, The Little Godsey, The Great Godsey, Godsey Lane, The Little Windmill, The Great Windmill Hill and The Old Close (127Acres), late in occupance of William Roberts but now of 1). AND messuage or tenement, barn, stable, brewhouse, 2 hovels, a small garden and a close of pasture (2Acres), 2 pieces of land in Wood End Field, 6 pieces of land in Church Field (11Acres) 1 piece of land in Sharnbrook Meadow (1acre, 2roods, OPoles), now or late in occupance of William Spencer and his undertenants.
