to Thomas Grimes junior, and William Jellies junior of Cranfield, farmers, executors, remainder of household furniture and live and dead farming stock, and personal estate in trust to sell; real estate in Cranfield and Stagsden and mill in Caldecot, Newport Pagnell; money arising to wife for life; then to be sold and money divided among sons Edward Odell Foster, Benjamin Hickman Foster, Thomas Foster and Joseph Foster.
