Admission of trustees - 25 April 1787
Mathew Rugeley died, leaving wife Susan surviving him and two sons, William Paine Rugeley (since deceased without issue) and
Henry Rugeley, now of St. Ives, gent. and several daughters.
Margetts and Livett have died. Livett left 2 daughters, Mary Ann (since deceased) and Frances, now wife of Joshua Hoare of Great Missenden, gent.
Now :-
Joshua Hoare and wife Francis surrender to use of Susan Rugeley, widow, for life, remainderr to H. Rugeley.
Messuage near the Market Place, divided into two dwellings, formerly occupied Jane and Susan Livett, spinsters , and Susan
Rugeley and J. Campton, and now occupied Susan Rugeley and Ann Manning.
Cottage in Horselow St., at the end of a place hertofore called the Adam and Eve Yard, formerly occupied J Chamberlain,
Daniel Robinson the elder, Mary Robinson his widow, and Thomas Adams, now occupied James Goodship, Thomas Dust and others.
