To sisters Hannah and Elizabeth Gibbard, £1,000 each. Remainder of personal estate to brother in law John Harvey of Ickwell Bury, esq., in trust for nieces Susan, Sarah, and Mary Harvey, daughter of John and Susan, late Susan Gibbard; and to any other of their children except an eldest son. All real estate to John Harvey in trust to raise money for legacies etc. if personal estate is not sufficient; and to manage them in trust for nieces as before. Executors John and Susan Harvey. Witnesses: Marianna Fox, James Stockdale his clerk. Endorsed: "This will is superseded by another of later date".
