To nephew John Gibbard clerk, 2 messuages in Grove Street, and meadow in Eaton, Berkshire and 10 acres meadow in the same. To Hannah Baker daughter of late friend John Baker, cottage and garden in Grove Street, Wantage for life; then to John Gibbard. To nephew William son of late brother John Gibbard, 2 messuages in Wallingford Street, Wantage, 11 1/2 acres land, and meadow called Garston in Wantage. To nephew Thomas son of late brother Thomas, meadow in Goosey, Stanford in the Vale of White Horse, Berkshire. To Richard son of John Taylor late of Wantage deceased, right and share in messuage and bakehouse adjoining the George Inn, Wantage, meadow in East Challow, Berkshire, and all messuages and lands which belonged to late brother in law Richard Stroud. To nephew Timothy Gibbard, clerk, tithes in Grove and Chalton, Berkshire, leased from Dean and Canons of Windsor. To niece Martha, £1,000 and late wife's gold watch, chain and trinkets, linen, wearing apparel and jewellery; also all other watches, jewellery and wearing apparel; stock of liquors, victuals and fuel; plate and household furniture. To Timothy, Richard, Edmund, Emma and Mary children of late brother Richard, £750 equally. To nephews Timothy and John Gibbard, clerks, £150 to be invested for maintenance and education of James Gilding son of late niece Elizabeth Gilding. Monetary bequests to Mary daughter of late nephew Robert Gibbard, nephew Tim. Gibbard clerk, nephew John Gibbard clerk, in trust to pay Ambrose Gibbard £10 per annum, to Emma Richards daughter of late brother Solomon, Ann Thompson to Michael Gibbard son of Timothy, deceased Richard Gibbard, Mary wife of John Fox, Sarah and John Rogers, children of Mrs Rogers, deceased, Mary wife of John Cope, Henry Reading, Emma Blackbourne, Joseph Belcher, his wife Mary, daughter Mary and Ann, Mrs Sarah Taylor, Alexander Boote, Edward Doe, Mary wife of Francis Clifford, Mary wife of Francis Galloway, John Taylor, his sister Sarah, Molly and Frances, Richard Taylor, "Thomas and Timothy", Martha daughter of Richard Williams, John Gibbard clerk in trust for Mary Patient, poor of Wantage, Grove and Chalton.
