    To nephew William son of late brother John, 2 messuages in Parliament Street and King Street, St. Margaret, in own occupance, charged with payment of £1,000 into personal estate. £800 to be invested or mortgaged, and at death of late brother Solomon's widow £400 is to be paid to children and grandchildren of Solomon then living; interest in meantime to widow; £400 to children of brother Richard and wife after death of both; interest to them for life. To late brother John's widow £100; to her daughter Martha £200. Monetary bequests to brother Ambrose; brother Richard; brother Thomas's son Timothy; niece Mary Gibbard; late brother Michael's son William; niece Emm Blackbourne; nephew Henry Reading; cousin Ambrose Gibbard; to latter's brother Robert; cousin Thomas Gibbard of Drury Lane, baker; cousin Edward Elliot; Emm Blackbourne children; John Ellis of Cirencester; James Tysoe; John Martin of Wantage; Mr Butler of Purtpoole (?); to godson Richard Money; to Mrs Tibbett "for pocket only, but no mourning to be bought with"; To nephew William son of brother John, "my diamond ring, gold watch, chain and seal, upon his delivering his silver one to his brother John"; also all household goods and furniture, all plate etc. To executors John and Thomas "my 2 other rings." To brother Richard 6 shirts and 6 neckcloths. To nephew William wearing apparel ""as he shall think proper to use for his own wearing. "Remainder to brother Richard. Rest of estate to nephews Thomas son of brother Thomas, and Mr John Gibbard clerk, son of brother John; these with William son of brother John, executors. Witnesses: Thomas Littlefear, William Littlefear, Robert Inness. Codicil: to John Rogers who married one of brother Solomon's children and to his wife 1 s. each and their share of the £400 is to go to their children.
