Elizabeth Kefford, wife of William and Sarah Gillions, widow convicted of unlawfully and maliciously cut, break and steal part of an elm tree property of the Sir John Burgoyne Baronet at Sutton. Sentenced to forfeit the sum of a shilling and 5 shillings each. If in default to be imprisoned at the House of Correction for the space of a calendar month.
