- Scope and ContentRecites: Indenture 15 May 1723 (RO5/356) and Deed Poll 26 June 1733 Endorsed [Mortage C] Indenture 29 January 1724 (RO5/365) and Deed Poll 27 July 1733 Endorsed [Mortgage E] Indenture 14 September 1724 (RO5/326) and Deed Poll 14 June 1733 Endorsed [Mortgage A] Indenture 3 November 1726 (RO5/367) and Deed Poll 20 June 1733 Endorsed [Mortgage F] Indenture 1 June 1727 (RO5/351) and Deed Poll 28 March 1728 Endorsed [Mortgage B] Indenture 15 November 1728 (RO5/369) and Deed Poll 28 June 1733 Endorsed [Mortgage G] Whereas: Laurence Cotham was late of Shiffnal Shropshire and died in or since 1733; by will appointed wife Elizabeth Cotham and Richard Parkinson executors who died without taking upon them the probate of the will at least by this court whereas: Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Dowager Baroness Holland, Right Honourable Henry Edward Baron Holland (acting by attorney William Currey) and Charles Richard Fox are only persons entitled to freehold of said premises in the hereinbefore recited Indentures and aforesaid said several terms of years but which being illegible in said Indentures have not been herein more particularly set forth now: at request of above, Administration is granted to Wilmer Wilmer of goods and rights of Laurence Cotham left unadministered as far as concerns interest of the deceased in aforesaid premises and terms of years (being illegible)
