    Recites: RO26/19 and endorsement RO26/21 and endorsement Henry Head was late of Berkeley, Gloucestershire, clerk, deceased 1728; by will appointed wife Mary and son Reverend Henry Head clerk, executors, the latter proved said will in June 1728 in Prerogative Court of Canterbury and is since dead, having by will appointed Reverend Stephen Jenner clerk, and his wife Sarah Jenner executors, who proved same in August 1750 in Prerogative Court of Canterbury; said Stephen Jenner survived wife and is since dead having by will appointed son Stephen and daughter Mary Jenner spinster, executors and in February 1755 said Stephen Jenner alone proved same in Prerogative Court of Canterbury and said Mary survived her coexecutor but is since dead without taking on execution of said will. whereas: Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Lady Holland, Right Honourable Edward Baron Holland acting by attorney William Currey of Old Palace Yard, Westminster, and Charles Richard Fox ofAddison Road, Middlesex esquire, are only persons entitled to aforesaid premises and the allotments awarded at the Enclosure in respect of the same now: administration granted at their request to Wilmer Wilmer in respect of rights etc. of Reverend Henry Head deceased left unadministered, limited to said premises in Millbrook and residue of 2 several terms of 1,000 years therein
