April 1770 administration of goods so left unadministered was granted to John Duke of Bedford, grandfather and guardian of Francis Russell Marquis of Tavistock, Right Honourable John Russell called Lord John Russell and Right Honourable William Russell called Lord William Russell, infants, the children of the said deceased; he is since dead leaving some goods unadministered, administration of which has not been granted. persons mentioned above (*) are only persons entitled to the freehold of said premises NOW: administration of goods of said Francis Russell deceased Marquis of Tavistock left unadministered as aforesaid is granted to said Wilmer Wilmer
