Recites contract by ii) to purchase premises comprised in RO26/17-18 whereas: covenant against incumbrances therein excepted rent of 40s p.a. payable out of said premises conveyed to ... Farrer esquire and 10s p.a. payable to the poor of Millbrook recites: conveyance of said premises to use of ii) by Indenture of 5 June 1842 whereas: on investigation of the title of said premises it was alleged on behalf of the vendors that the said rents had not ever been paid in respect of the said premises since the purchase of the same by John Earl of Upper Ossory and no arrears of them were payable now: i) agree to pay the said rents if they are demanded signed: i) Witnesses: L H Drinkworth, clerk to R Bickman, 38, Bloomsbury Square, Benjamin Currey, Old Palace Yard
