Walby. all heretofore occupied Edward Fuller, late James Romney and J. Porch, continuing altogether 658 acres O roods 2 perches, purchased by Thomas Borrett of Philip Dormer Earl of Chesterfield. Messuage called Poverys, with 32 acres land and meadow, & 2 acres wood in Cowick Wood, in Orpington, Kent. late occupied H. Start, afterwards J. Ingram, since Thomas Ingram, late J. Valence and widow Valence, purchased by Thomas Borrett of George Golding. Biggleswade ( Bedfordshire) property to be sold : £2000 to be paid to 2 and the rest of the purchase money is to be used to purchase an estate anywhere in England to be entailed on 1. and 2., remainder to 1., subject to provision for trustees to raise £7,500 on the property after deaths of 1 & 2 for children's portions etc: :- Martha's share of the inheritance as divided in H/WS814 both freehold and copyhold Fee Farm rent of £78-6-2 3/4 on Manor of Shillington :- to Martha for life, in satisfaction of dower.
