Recites will with reference to legacies to daughters Mary Bull, Elizabeth Field and Sophia Connor .Trustees allege that since they have advanced to George Battams, son of Thomas, certain sums, hehaving proved insolvent, the legacies have decreased in value.Trustees declare they have advanced certain sums to Mary,Sophia and Elizabeth since they were in need of them; remainder of legacies has been interested.(Not executed).
