    Recites: Surrender out of Court 11 November 1826 in consideration of £25 paid by Right Honourable Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland i) surrender : - small piece of land in Ampthill held of the Manor of Ampthill, 84’ long and 57’ wide : NW. footpath leading to Little Park : SW. public drain : E. part of land belonging to William Beech in occupation Lord Holland and part of allotment awarded to Joseph Pulley under Ampthill Enclosure to which William Beech was admitted at court 16 January 1819 on surrender of Samuel May to Wilmer Gossip of Great George Street in City of Westminster in trust for Lord Holland recites: Admission 20 December 1828 of Wilmer Gossip by attorney Samuel Swaffield to hold in trust for Lord Holland whereas: heirs of Wilmer Gossip (now Wilmer Wilmer) not having been mentioned in said surrender it is doubted whether same can pass inheritance now: Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Lady Holland and Right Honourable Henry Edward Lord Holland request i) to make new surrender to use of Wilmer Wilmer and heirs for which purpose i) appoint ii) their attorney.
