Scope and Content
Executors: Brother Robert of Wolverton, Buckinghamshire, son William and nephew William of Little Linford, Buckinghamshire son of brother John.
To them new built farmhouse and land at Carlton occupied by son Robert;
and all other real estate at Carlton, in trust for sale and for daughter Sophia;
and all estate in Turvey, (except messuage purchased of Richard Gee's executors)
in trust for grandson Thomas, son of late son Thomas until 21; profits to be invested to accumulate, with provisions in case of death.
To son Robert;- estate at Carlton purchased of John Coston esq., with allotments called Hook End and Church fields in Carlton for life; then to executors to be sold, money arising to be invested for children of Robert.
To son George estate at Sherrington, Buckinghamshire.
To son William new built messuage at Sherrington, with lands adjoining.
To daughter Mary Bull widow, messuage at Sherrington.
To son George, farmyard and buildings adjoining the above messuage.
To son William rickyard adjoining the same.
To daughter Elizabeth wife of John Field, messuage in Sherrington.
To daughter Sophia, 2 cottages in Carlton opposite the Fox Pitt.
To executors estate at Rowell, Northamptonshire, purchased of John Buckby and messuage and garden in Turvey, purchased of Richard Gee's executors, in trust for sale, money arising to be part of personal estate.
To executors £500 to be invested for wife Sarah for life; then to become part of personal estate.
To George Bull 2 shares in Newport Pagnall Canal.
To daughter Mary Bull £200.
To executors £1000 to be invested for Mary for life; then to be divided among her children, George, Mary and Sarah.
To executors £1000 to be invested for daughter Ann Baron now in America, and for the support of her children; after her death to be divided among her children, Henry, George and Thomas.
To Henry, George and Thomas Baron £300 each.
To executors £1000 to be invested for daughter Elizabeth Field for life; then to her children.

To wife Sarah all household goods in messuage at Newport Pagnall, and the messuage, provided she pays £700 to executors, and all tradesmen's bills.
To son William 2 small tenancies at Turvey, occupied by John Robinson and ---?- ;

Forgives to son Robert and William money owing from them.
