Recites: Surrender 13 March 1826 (RH3/20) which was not made to the heirs of Wilmer Gossip now Wilmer Wilmer Recites: will of Thomas Allen dated 28 February 1834 all real and personal estate bequeathed to wife Ann by virtue of which any interest in premises which was not conveyed by said Surrender, is now vested in i) now: i) appoints ii) attorney to surrender said premises to use of Wilmer Wilmer and heirs in trust for persons entitled thereto under will of Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland Witness: Samuel Swaffield, Ampthill Park
