    ratifies wife’s marriage settlement, estates settled on wife in jointure to son Samuel Marsom But subject to annuity of £450 to 3 daughters Sarah, Elizabeth and Martha Marsom in equal shares, 12 months after wife’s decease or on age 21 or marriage. But if minors to be given interest at 4% to wife Sarah jewels, plate, household linen, pewter, brass, beds and bedding, household goods, implements, brewing utensils and coppers, coolers and beer vessels And £500 out of stock to the value of her option Or if insufficient £500 charged on real estate (bequeathed below) To wife Sarah Marsom and James Gutteridge (brother in law) as Trustees for sale:- messuages and tenements at Luton, Holwell, Langford, Henlow in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire And residue of money, goods, chattels and personal estate will made 2 Apr 1759 no date of probate given examined by Thomas Austin and Joseph Halstead 3 May 1777
