The Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish Shefford [appellants] and The Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Campton [respondents] with regard to the removal of Ann Blundell, widow of Henry and her 6 children; William aged 12, George 10 years, Joseph 5 years, Martha aged 4 years, Sarah aged 2 years and Frederick aged a year. It is ordered that the order be quashed due to the reason of the chargeability of the paupers not having been proved. Reposndents to pay the sum of £17 14s 6d in costs and £4 18s 6d for maintenance of the paupers.
