Title to the greater part of the estate to commence with indenture dated 1st & 2nd Jan 1836 between Samuel Rogers and Rev William Breighton Russell. Title of the other part to commence with indenture dated 22nd and 23rd February 1835 being a conveyance to the vendor. Agreement of sale to Henry Keep of Carlton for £2,700.
