which premises are parcel of the manor and Honour of Ampthill
- manor of Millbrook parcel of the Honour of Ampthill
- rents of free tenants of said manor
- rents of copyholders of said manor holding for years or for lives
- rents of tenants holding at will of the Lord of said manor
- certainity money and perquisites of courts of said manors of Ampthill and Millbrook
and all premises set out in 2nd schedule hereto
repayment of principal with interest at 5% p.a. viz:
£150 on 1 May next and £6,150 on 1 November 1821
