William Jeffs – felony and lamb stealing having before been convicted of felony - to be transported for the term of his natural life. John Baker, George Page, James King, John Carrington and James King – larceny – to be transported for 7 years Henry Crouch – larceny – imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the old house of correction fro 4 calendar months Samuel Luddington, George Watson and John Scrivener – larceny – to be imprisoned and kept at hard labour in the new house of correction for 4 calendar months. Andrew Mulligan – assault upon a constable in the execution of his office – to be imprisoned and kept at hard labour for a calendar month. Thomas Rainbow, Joseph Page, Mary King, William Warner and Thomas Newman – larceny – acquitted and discharged John Pain and Thomas Large – misdemeanour – Bill returned, ignoramus, severally discharged. James Martling – larceny – prosecutor not appearing upon his recognizance – discharged John Lowen – misdemeanour - having given sureties for his appearance at the next general session of the peace he is discharged from prison.
