    William Martin Forster late of Lincolns Inn and of Cumberland Terrace, Regents Park, Middlesex, but a passenger on board the Rothesay Castle Steam Packet at Sea, esquire, died 18 August last having first made his will:- appointed wife Jane Forster executrix and residuary legatee; bequeathed certain property to wife for life and after her decease to such of his brothers and sisters as wife should appoint or in default of appointment equally between them. 17th August last said William Martin Forster and wife Jane embarked at Liverpool on said steam vessel on voyage to Beaumaris in North Wales and that the ship was wrecked and both drowned is sworn to by affidavit of John Coxhead and Samuel Forster; but had no child. 23 November last Administration with will annexed granted to Samuel Forster as one of the brothers of said deceased; John Forster esquire, father of the deceased renouncing administration.
