Recites: RH3/16 whereas: Susanna Allen niece of Robert Smith and daughter of Thomas Allen died at Millbrook aged 13; John Allen, nephew of Robert Smith survived said Susanna and died aged 30 without issue and intestate 1785 Recites: Enclosure Award of Millbrook 1803 allotment to Lidy Burridge formerly Lidy Smith, relict of John [sic -Robert?] Smith - plot of copyhold land in Sand Field 1 acre 2 roods 2 perches :E. and S. 14th allotment to Earl of Upper Ossory :W. ancient enclosure of said Earl : part N. and rest W. allotment to Thomas Allen : rest N. ancient enclosure of Thomas Allen said Lidy Burridge died December last Thomas Allen of Ampthill Park, yeoman is eldest brother and heir at law of aforesaid John Allen the nephew mentioned in will of Robert Smith deceased now: Thomas Allen is admitted rent: 1s fine: 3s
