    1st: as to freehold messuage, close, barn, toft and allotment purchased by late Mr Samuel Candish of William Roffe [See RH2/19-21, /25, /28] 2nd: 4 acres freehold meadow in Millbrook and Steppingley purchased by Samuel Candish of William Busby[SeeRH2/9-10] Pedigree: Elizabeth Grunden had an only daughter Sarah who married Thomas Ginn of Wootton, cordwainer Sarah and Thomas had three children: 1) Thomas Ginn of Wootton, grocer 2) Elizabeth Ginn, who married William Busby senior, and had a son, William Busby junior 3) Ann Ginn, who married John Campion, and had a daughter, Sarah. Her second husband was Thomas Platt Elizabeth Grunden died intestate Thomas Ginn died intestate in life of wife Sarah Thomas Ginn junior died without issue Elizabeth Busby survived her husband and died in life of her mother leaving only son William who on his grandmother’s death intestate became entitled to moiety of said premises; said Ann Platt entitled to other moiety.
