- Scope and ContentThomas Roberts of Millbrook, yeoman held at 1s 6d p.a. - close or pightle of pasture or sward called Thillands 3 acres heretofore purchased of Francis Circuit by one William Fisher and whereunto said Thomas Roberts was admitted at court 31 October 1729 on surrender of Thomas Avery and wife Elizabeth, John Cook and wife Ann and William Rutland and wife Mary of 14 July 1729 on 4 July 1740 surrendered out of court by acceptance of John Fisher and William Roffe, all his copyhold premises to use of his will said Thomas Roberts died 10 May 1753 recites will of Thomas Roberts dated 24 April 1753 bequest to youngest son Thomas Roberts - close of pasture called Thillands with appurtenances in Millbrook said Thomas Roberts is now admitted Rent: 1s 6d Fine: 4s 6d
