    Thomas Carter – larceny – to be transported for 7 years Thomas Sharp – assault upon a constable in the execution of his duty – imprisonment and kept at hard labour for the term of a year and to enter into sureties of £50 and 2 sureties of £25 for his keeping the peace for the period of 2 years on expiration of his sentence. John Mann & George Harris – misdemeanour and conspiracy with intent to cheat and defraud – imprisonment for 9 calendar months. James Crofts – larceny – imprisonment and kept at hard labour for the space of 6 calendar months. Elinor Shepherd wife of John – larceny – imprisonment and kept at hard labour for the space of 6 calendar months. John Stokes – larceny – imprisonment and kept at hard labour for the space of 3 calendar months. Joseph Clarke – assault on a constable in the execution of his duty – imprisonment and kept at hard labour for the space of 3 calendar months.
