John Lockett, labourer of Everton, a rogue and vagabond. John Lockett being a person able wholy to maintai himself and his family which he was legally bound to do and by which his neglect have become chargeable to the parish of Everton. It is ordered he is to be committed to the new House of Correction and to be kept at hard labour for the space of a calendar month.
