- Scope and Content- to daughter Susan Roffe of Millbrook £10 to be paid within 2 months after testator’s decease and £230 within 12 months - to said daughter following household goods: best pair sheets, feather bed, bedstead and bedding belonging to bed she now lies on in room over house where testator dwells; largest coffer and best trunk in said room; all the pewter and one oval table for her own use. - to eldest son William Roffe, freehold cottage in Millbrook where testator dwells with close adjoining 2 acres, also 1½ acres arable in Millbrook , also 6½ acres ground lying in the warren in Millbrook, of which 4 acres are in Cookers Hill and 2½ acres in the Plain - to said son William £60, clock, largest kettle but one and all working tools and lasts in testator’s shop - to son Thomas Roffe, copyhold messuage where in he now dwells in Sand End in Millbrook, 1 rood arable in Sand Field in Millbrook; freehold cottage in Pulloxhill with pightle adjoining 1 rood in occupation Joseph Sharp - to said son Thomas £140; feather bed and bedstead and bedding belonging to bed in room over the shop whereon testator now lies; largest kettle - said 2 sons executors and residuary legatees Witnesses: John Row, Thomas Roberts, Jeremiah Reynolds
