To sisters Sophia wife of Thomas Clare, Ann wife of Thomas Small, Sarah wife of Lomas Field, Elizabeth, Maria wife of Charles Lavender, and Letitia Pinkerd, all wearing apparel.
Real estate bequeathed to testatrix by father, in Carlton and Chellington, to executors, to be sold.
Personal estate also to be sold.
Money arising to be invested towards maintenance of the child with which she is now pregnant; when the child is 21, it is to have all stock etc.; if the child died, Carlton estate to sister Ann Small, £200 each to sisters Sophia Clare and Maria Lavender, and remainder to other sisters.
